Nuestro cuerpo está compuesto por un 75 % de agua (dependiendo de la edad). Por lo tanto el elemento agua es uno de los componentes más importantes y considerables del Ser Humano. Deberían ser como mínimo dos litros de agua pura, sin contar café, té, bebidas endulzadas, como limonadas o cerveza; las mencionadas bebidas no son capaces de absorber las escorias del metabolismo, dado que ellos mismos representan ser una solución saturada.
